Customer Service/Sales Associate: Harvey 2064
We are a private trades training provider, whom offers trades refresher training programs, in the areas of: Electrical, Millwrighting, Plumbing, Power Line Technician, Steam fitting, Pipe fitting, Welding, Instrumentation, Heavy Equipment Technician, Iron working, etc.
This course is for tradesmen with the required work experience, who want to challenge their trades exams, to gain their trade certification.
We are currently looking for a full time Customer Service / Sales Associate, to join our Surrey campus.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is sales oriented, sales driven, has a positive demeanor, and who enjoys dealing with customers, on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of prior experience in customer service/sales
Enjoy being the face of the organization to potential customers
Experience working in an educational setting (an asset)
Must have, a valid BC driver’s license, and a vehicle.
Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook,
Experience using Skype and social media (an asset)
Ability to use any CRM software (i.e. Sales force)
Must be fluent, in English.
Marketing Degree, with previous sales experience (an asset)
Job Responsibilities:
Able to generate new leads, and follow up on recurrent basis, to ensure max enrolment in each course
Respond to inquiries via email, or in person from present and potential students with the necessary info, for upcoming courses
Acquire new business by creating awareness in the construction trades about services and courses that our Institute offers, via networking, social media, trade shows, etc.,,
Manage and build a relationship with stakeholders and employers, in the construction trades, who have sent candidates in the past, or potentially have the requirement to enrol employees in courses that we offer, to meet or exceed new business sales goals every quarter.
Qualifications:
Strong interest in sales, with a track record of strong customer relationships
Someone who is enthusiastic and customer focused
A strong communicator, who enjoys responding to customers via phone, email, or in person
Ultimately, a Customer Service Associate who loves, and breathes, the sales industry.
This position has a potential of making well over $50,000 a year via base salary, plus commission.
This is a fulltime position
Salary is open, plus commission, depending on previous working experience
All millage and traveling expenses will be paid
