Amazon Company is looking for a full-time customer-oriented service representative to assist with customer retention, data management, and general service support. The role will act as a liaison between support and customers, helping to identify any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with our solutions or services. This role can be performed remotely.


Manage customer retention process
Perform daily CSR calls and emails
Identify and assess customers’ satisfaction levels
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate feedback to support team
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

3 years of IT industry experience required
Proven customer support experience as a digital client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00/30.00 per hour
