Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a customer-oriented candidate for an exciting opportunity with an industry leader based in Richmond. This is a full-time permanent position based fully onsite. They offer flexible Monday to Friday office hours. You can choose from the following schedules: 7AM to 3.30PM, 7.30AM to 4PM or 8AM to 4.30PM.

What’s In It For You

An annual salary in the $45-52K range, based on skills and experience and great medical and dental benefits after 3 months of employment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide ongoing support to customers
• Enter, verify, and process both standard and customized orders
• Assist customers with resolving issues related to lost packages, tracking numbers, and other concerns
• Collaborate with clients from diverse industries, including hospitality, finance, retail, and resellers
• Coordinate with colleagues regarding order management, submission, and product delivery timelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges that may arise
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Positive and upbeat attitude, with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and great multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Suite, experience with ERPs is an asset
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
