Customer Service Representative

A.C.T. Equipment Sales Ltd., a leading industrial supply company specializing in abrasives & cutting tools requires a responsible positive thinker with an outgoing personality to join the sales department at our Surrey location. 

This is a full time permanent position that works within the inside sales department.   A successful candidate will have industrial supply experience, intermediate computer skills and exceptional telephone manners.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls;
• Assisting customers via phone, email, showroom walk-in’s etc.;
• Processing customer quotes and sales orders;
• Assisting outside sales staff with customer orders & quotations.
• Performing other duties and additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience;
• Industrial supply experience;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook is an asset;
• A motivated self-starter who can contribute to an effective team.
