Lions Gate Mini Storage is a top-rated self-storage facility in North Vancouver that prides ourself on our high standards of customer service and professionalism.  Our site is exceptionally clean and secure, and we are looking for a customer service-oriented individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a friendly, positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers, and is interested in working in both the office and through the storage property. 

The position offers approximately 12 hours per week plus additional hours for sick and holiday relief. The ideal candidate should be available for shifts during our hours of operation - 7 days a week from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.  

Role and Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right storage solution for their needs
  • Provide friendly and courteous customer service while leasing units within our facility
  • Provide efficient, courteous customer service in person, over the phone and by email
  • Manage customer accounts and take and process all forms of payment
  • Regularly communicate company policies and procedures to customers
  • Excellent communication and grammar skills, both written and oral
  • Communicate and work efficiently within a small team and work productively alone
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with Sitelink (self-storage software) is an asset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English
  • Own transportation as site is not on a bus route
