Customer Service Representative Manager
With an established reputation for strong customer service delivery, our Client is looking to engage with an experienced customer care team manager to support and further develop their operation by leading and enhancing overall levels of customer service engagement.
A good platform of of customer service, customer care, or marketing experience is essential, across an inbound or outbound service environment. It is important to also regard yourself as an engaging and creative leader who leads their team from the front.

Your core role will require you to:
Create a good team spirit and excellent motivation and ensure that appropriate levels of behavior in the office are demonstrated by team members at all times.
Ensure the delivery of clear and timely communication to your team on changes to product, sales strategies, systems and procedures
Produce timely and accurate information regarding all aspects of the sales process and customer interaction
Once gained the relevant experience - plan and deliver full training, coaching and development to newer team members.
Support and develop team members in their roles so that they maximize their contribution and potential.
