Are you outgoing and love to be among people? Our client is seeking outgoing Customer Service Representatives with exceptional people skills.


  • Acknowledge customers in line at rental and return.
  • Greet customers with a smile and assist at rental and return.
  • Use customer’s name during rental and return.
  • Offer Client’s products and services using positive selling techniques and dialogue.
  • Explain information and charges on rental agreement to the customer at rental and return.
  • Provide customers with clear, concise directions at rental.
  • Explain vehicle operation to the customer at rental.
  • Inspect vehicle with customer at rental and return.
  • Solicit customer feedback on vehicle and experience at return.
  • Ask refueling questions and charge correct fees at return.
  • Handle customer complaints (face to face/telephone).
  • Thank customers for choosing Client at rental and return.
  • Offer the customer assistance and future reservation at return.


  • Offer products/services using positive selling techniques.
  • Maximize other equipment and services sales.
  • Maximize walk-up sales.


  • Inform others of special vehicle needs.
  • Status vehicles and adhere to all “pull” lists.
  • Know what the competition is doing daily.
  • Understand daily game plan at start of shift.
  • Maintain neat and organized work area.
  • Maintain adequate supplies at workstation.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in meeting operational needs.
  • Treat other team members with courtesy and respect.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Respond to the requests for assistance from other locations and departments in a timely manner.
  • Perform duties as required.


  • Demonstrate competence on automatedrental system.
  • Ensure daily work is complete and accurate and submitted timely.
  • Perform proper customer qualifications and approvals/deposits.
  • Pre-write express RA and assign vehicles to meet demand.
  • Properly pre-authorize and process credit cards.
  • Maintain adequate cash/change supply.
  • Ensure cash reconciliation is complete and accurate.
  • Successfully complete all required training programs.
  • Obtain accident information and complete documentation.
  • Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette.
  • Adhere to Company rental and return policies.
  • Read and apply all communications, re: programs and policies and procedures.
  • Maintain DOP and communicate with distribution daily.
  • Properly maintain lost and found procedures.
  • Demonstrate proper mini storage policies and procedures.


  • Meet standards on attendance and punctuality per Employee Handbook.
  • Adhere to rules of conduct per Employee Handbook.
  • Maintain professional appearance per Employee Handbook.
  • Maintains flexibility to work various shifts that may include weekends, holidays, evenings, etc.
  • Maintain valid acceptable British Columbia driver’s license.
  • Observe all traffic codes and Company policy with regards to accidents.
