Duties of Customer Service Representative include providing information in response to customers' inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Prefer with 6 months of insurance experience - level 1 or 2
Experience with ICBC transactions
Experience in Autolink and TAM preferred
Strong customer service experience
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
A positive, team-focused attitude
Be able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients would be considered an additional asset
