Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring that our external and internal customers receive an industry leading experience. You take pride in making every customer and team interaction a memorable one.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Delivering customer service through inbound and outbound call support.
  • Answer & direct all in-bound phone calls to the appropriate department/individual
  • Order entry (submitted via phone, email, and fax or any other way our customers want)
  • Problem solving and communicating shipment tracking, returns & credits, internal operating issues, and general retailer inquiries
  • Administrative support to various departments
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure successful outcome of retailers needs
  • Book all customer delivery appointments & submit any enclosure forms
  • Collect, review and match completed pick tickets
  • Provide support to retailers and Outside Account Managers with a focus on an exceptional customer experience
  • Liaise between Outside Account Managers and other departments to facilitate the transfer of information
  • Schedule/book out-bound trucks daily
  • Schedule, create & distribute driver routes for IHL drivers (including deliveries & pickups)
  • Logistics tracking/communication with carriers to ensure scheduled deliveries are on time
  • Update IFTA driver mileage daily
  • Generate all add-on sales PO’s for carrier invoices

Salary:  39-41 k pr/yr 

You must be able to drive to work for this role, as it is not transit accessible. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in admin/sales/customer service role
  • A passion to deliver world class customer service
  • Amazing organizational, data entry, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent in speaking and writing the English language
