Well known company that was built on integrity dedication and loyal clients is looking for a strong Customer Service Officer to join their National Customer Service team.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Handling customer enquiries via phone & email
  • Processing customer orders
  • Database management
  • Work closely with Sales Team providing pricing and availability of stock and processing orders when required.
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating where necessary
  • General administration and reporting.

You will need previous experience in Customer Service and be available on to work on Monday - Friday, from 9.30am – 5.30pm (not negotiable).

You will be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, clear communication skills, be highly organised and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
