destinationoneTemp Staffing Inc is a staffing company focused on temp, temp to perm and contract position. This client would like a person open to a Temp to Contract role. Our client is a leading supplier of custom built home fittings and build outs for closets and cabinets. We are searching for a Customer Service Guru for their Burnaby location. This is a Temp to Perm or Perm position that starts right away and goes for 12 to 14 months on a contract with our client directly.
Helping
any walk-in clients to the show room by giving them an above average experience

• Lead
management in the CRM, (import leads, manage leads calendar, contact leads 4 cycle process)

• Listen
and handle all VM’s

• Take
calls from customers-book consultations/answer questions

• Take
calls from installers- arrange for deliveries/transfer calls/contact clients/parking
arrangements

• Take
calls from designers – answer questions/transfer calls

• Answer
emails from customers, designers, other company members, general requests, invoices,
etc

• Manage schedules

• Prepare
Invoice packages with accounting assistance

• Organize
payments of parking tickets/fines, etc.

• Retrieving
mail and distributing as needed (invoices, statements, etc.)

• Make
sure showrooms are fully stocked with cleaning
supplies, milk/sugar/coffee/tea for customers and staff

• Maintain
the rolling racks and make sure available to designers and organized/labeled –
follow up on return of rolling racks

mail/postage – vendors, customers, corporate (buying postage)

• Bank
deposit slips/photocopy cheques/deposit cheques

• Manage
inventory of designer samples/order and organize designer sample boxes and
materials needed from each vendor

• Send
out any staff-wide email notices/enter large meetings into Dashboard

planning (Galas, Openings, Christmas Party, Staff Appreciation Events)

• Organize
photoshoot for employees and client photos

• Schedule/organize/enter
Granville showroom shifts for designers

• Maintain
all safety supplies and standards are met to code

Benefits
This positions pay up to $46,000.00 a year on a temp to contract basis. This position is term position for up to 14 months. No Medical or Dental Benefits apply for this role.
