Your core Responsibilities are:
Provide our clients with high-level customer service meeting their needs.
Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call existing and potential customers
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow up appointment appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Ask probing questions to understand and listen for sales cues
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service/sales is great - but not required
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to recognize, apply and explain products and a strong desire to learn
Working knowledge of computers and ability to use it on a daily basis
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
