Who we are:

Minga is a Student Engagement Platform used by schools across the USA and Canada to get students more involved at school. We live in the world of school dances, sporting events, school spirit activities and pretty much all the fun stuff on campus. Students access Minga as an App on their phone. We're a close knit team, headquartered in the Innovation Centre downtown Kelowna, who don't take ourselves too seriously, and we try to play as hard as we work.

What we are looking for:

Someone to assist with our customer experience programs that also wants to talk to real customers on the regular. We'd like someone to help execute and develop our onboarding and training program that helps schools use Minga to build connected and engaged communities of students, teachers and parents. This includes running online training sessions and managing support tickets.

What you'll do:

You're going to assist with our customer experience program and work closely with the Head of Customer Experience to ensure that our customers have an amazing Minga experience right from the start. You will build ongoing relationships with our customers and will advocate for their success.

This position is based in Kelowna with flexi work from home days, with a minimum of three days in the office per week.
