Customer Care Specialist, Scheduler

The qualified candidate will be responsible for a variety of company related tasks in a fast paced, technical environment with a strong focus on Scheduling and Customer Service. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to think laterally and adjust quickly as our business and customer needs change while maintaining communications between the customer, our technical team and sales team.
Successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and decisive decision making skills
• Superior customer service (care) skills
• Extensive understanding of MS office software
• Experience using database management systems
• Ability to multi task and prioritize workload on a daily, if not hourly basis
