Our client is a telecommunications service provider, that deals with both residential customers, as well as clients on a small business and enterprise level.

They have been around for over three decades, have already made their mark on the industry, but are looking to take things to the next level!

They have grandiose plans for the near future, and are currently looking at bringing on a Customer Care Specialist.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Respond to inquiries regarding new or existing services (billing, sales, customer service, etc)
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and de-escalate upset customers
  • Document all ordering information so it is billed correctly
  • Web chat inquiries

The ideal candidate has a passion for creating an outstanding customer experience, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are a tremendous multi-tasker.

You have a problem-solving mindset, you are adaptable to new situations, and you aren’t afraid to take initiative!

You have technical aptitude, are detail oriented, and are a tremendous communicator threw inwritten and verbal communication.

Specific Qualifications Include:

  • At least 1 year of experience within a call center environment, ISP’s, phones, and connectivity is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of CRM experience, bonus points if it is Connectwise specifically
