Customer Care Specialist

Our client in Burnaby is looking for someone to cover a maternity leave. In this role you’ll be handling customer inquiries and concerns. You’ll be working alongside the customer service team and the sales team to make the customers happy and endorse new products. They take their customer service very seriously and strive to be the best in their industry. The right person for this role is someone who prides themselves on their customer skills and their ability to stay organized in a busy environment.

$16/hour

Duties:

  • Dealing with incoming customer calls;
  • Job tracking;
  • Processing redos, credits, and account changes;
  • Have a strong knowledge of the products;
  • Troubleshooting basic problems;
  • Entering orders into the system;
  • Strive to exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ minimum in a customer service role;
  • Data entry experience;
  • Incredibly detail oriented and organized;
  • Strong communication skills in English.
