Your new company

Our client, an extremely well-financed and reputable Vancouver based Developer, is currently hiring a Customer Care Coordinator. The company has multiple large scale construction projects on the horizon throughout Greater Vancouver and is hiring in anticipation of this. With a focus on both residential and commercial projects, our client has a long history of creating some of the most iconic communities in Vancouver, and continually drives to match that quality and craftsmanship in their future works.


Your new role

As a Customer Care representative, you will be a key part of creating an positive home owner experience, and you will represent our client while overseeing a variety of customer facing activities relating to project completion and handover. Your role will be diverse, and your responsibilities could include the coordination and management of home owner move in, liaising with internal sales, updating and maintaining purchaser deficiency lists, and coordinate customer documentation relating to building completion and move in.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be someone who has experience relating to residential construction, and have the ability to read and interpret technical and legal construction documentation. Previous experience in construction sales would be considered an asset. You will be working closely with the Construction and Customer Care team so strong communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. A high level of technical skills is a must, and you will have previous experience working with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and preferably other construction sales software. You will be someone with a positive attitude, who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
