Build on your career experience by:
    •Providing nursing services in person or by telephone related to the assessment of individuals presenting with or at risk for COVID-19 •Interviewing clients and taking history, collecting data appropriate to clinical assessment and diagnosis •Communicating test results to COVID-19 infected individuals, providing instructions, supportive counselling and assisting clients understanding of disease and treatment with information and education •Assisting with major communicable disease outbreak investigations •Monitoring active cases, conducting surveillance follow-ups, administering immunizations, monitoring laboratory reports for new cases •Providing information about the disease process and prevention measures to physicians and the public
Your background includes:
    •Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) •Travel outside of existing geographic area may be required, and will be compensated in accordance with applicable collective agreement language

This role is a temporary full-time position located at Central City Tower in Surrey, BC.
