PwC Corporate Finance provides comprehensive investment banking services to clients across the entire deal lifecycle. We specialize in assisting companies in transactions such as divestitures, acquisitions, and financings across a broad range of industries. In 2025, we were the leading Corporate Finance business globally by transaction volume (per Bloomberg and Mergermarket). As part of our team, you'll be joining over 70 professionals across Canada, and over 3,000 professionals across 60 countries globally. You will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from experienced Corporate Finance professionals, interact with dynamic clients and investors, and get hands-on experience with complex deals.

The Opportunity:
As a Corporate Finance Senior Associate, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that'll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn't limited to:

• Financial and business valuation analysis (including detailed financial modeling)

• Analysis of capital structures and financing alternatives

• Preparation of transaction and financing related marketing materials including Teasers, Confidential Information Memorandums and Management Presentations

• In-depth company and industry research, including identifying credible potential investors, lenders, buyers and targets

• Working with senior team members and executives, both internally and with our clients

• Participation in business development initiatives and opportunities (including preparation of pitch materials)

• Being a team player, while showing initiative

What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:

• Strong understanding of financial statements

• Awareness of 3-way financial modeling, debt modeling, and common valuation techniques and their application

• CPA designation (or equivalent), MBA, and/or CBV are an asset

• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools etc.)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• An interest in markets, deal activity and macroeconomic trends

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail ability to multi-task and participate in several projects at the same time

• Ambition and ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly

• Creative and effective problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills

• Collaboration with colleagues from different areas of the Deals group or other service groups

• Interest in leveraging, AI and other digital tools and digital upskilling

• This role doesn't support completion of the Canadian CPA designation

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is $58,400 - $97,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
