What You’ll Do

  • Draft and edit various correspondence and corporate documents
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting materials
  • Prepare client invoices for processing
  • Maintain and update information on internal database
  • Organize holiday gifts for customers and external stakeholders
  • Assist with planning social events
  • Assist with other special projects and duties as needed

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years’ administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant in a banking or corporate office is an asset
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Team player who is comfortable working independently
