Our client is a renowned, independent investment firm that provides their service all across the nation. They are currently searching for someone with strong organizational skills to help support the corporate actions department as Corporate Actions Administrator. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in the finance industry and has exceptional attention to detail. 

Location: Vancouver, BC


  • Responds and handles inquiries related to corporate actions 
  • Handles voluntary and mandatory corporate actions 
  • Arranges any name changes when necessary
  • Process guaranteed investment certificates 
  • Exercises warrants 
  • In charge of handling bond redemptions
  • Oversee activity on CDS bulletins 
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate actions is preferred
  • Familiarity with CDS, DTC, Dataphile is considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of the securities industry and products is a plus
  • Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Handle stressful situations and provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner
  • Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels
