Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, Staffing Services, the Coordinator, Staffing Services is the primary point of contact for management staff related to scheduling and/or timekeeping. The coordinator is responsible for providing leadership to the Staffing Services team within the applicable health services delivery area (HSDA). The incumbent provides knowledge and expertise in the scheduling and timekeeping duties performed by the Staffing Services departments and participates in the development and implementation of Staffing Services processes, policies, and procedures. The coordinator ensures adequate departmental staffing levels are in place, and ensures direct reports are trained to perform the duties of their position. Develops procedures and processes to ensure timely and effectively delivery of services. The Coordinator, Staffing Services provides guidance, coaching and problem-solving assistance to staff and leads the team by fostering a motivating and respectful workplace.

Starting salary will be approximately from $67,864 to $84,830 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions

Qualfications
•Bachelor's degree plus three (3) to five (5) years' recent, related experience utilizing a computerized staff scheduling system in a large complex environment including supervisory in a unionized healthcare environment.
•Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Skills and Abilities:
•Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and ability to understand and translate customer needs.
•Demonstrated ability to function as a strong leader, motivator, coach/mentor, and a team member within a complex setting with the goal of attaining exceptional service, goals, and objectives.
•Knowledge of payroll, scheduling, and general HR processes.
•Ability to use effective interpersonal skills to establish and maintain respectful relationships with staff and internal customers.
•Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and positively influence others.
•Ability to balance and adapt to changing priorities and workload pressures.
•Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques.
