As a Coordinator, Special Initiatives & Projects you will work in close collaboration with senior leaders, project sponsors, and other stakeholders playing an integral role in a major clinical systems transformation.

Advance is a multi-year technology-enabled program that seeks to improve the way we deliver care and the way patients experience care for better outcomes. The program focuses on re-imagining clinical workflows, enabled by the new Meditech Expanse Platform. This position will be part of the Advance Organization Change Management Team as well as Fraser Heath's dynamic team of internal Consultants in Innovation, Planning and Transformation. You will be supported by senior and experienced leaders who will inspire you to be creative and innovative.

To be successful you will need to bring your experience and knowledge of working on change related projects and are passionate about helping people change in a transformative environment. You bring your enthusiasm and willingness to expand and grow your skills and experience and are and recognized for your ability to collaborate as well as organize and coordinate activities and execute.

In this position your primary responsibilities will include contributing to different activities within the change management plan from coordination, communication and engagement, training and managing change.

This challenging and rewarding experience will demand your best and allow you to grow and contribute in a meaningful way to the success of the program and the community at large.

This is a temporary full-time position, available until 30/Nov/2021 and is based at Central City offices in Surrey, BC, with access to transit, shopping, restaurants, and other amenities.

Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have the following:

Education and experience required:
    •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences or Health-Related field. •Two (2) to three (3) years recent related project and/or coordinator experience •Healthcare and Clinical Information Systems related experience an asset.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
