Build on your education and career experience as you:
    •Prepare menu items following established menus, recipes, computer generated tally sheets and quantity requirements. Determines ingredients, quantities and equipment required for cooking. •Cook and season assigned food and therapeutic diet items such as breakfast food, soups, roasts, baked items, desserts, salads and salad plates. •Package, label and portion Ready Foods.

Qualifications:
    •Graduation from a recognized 12 month program in cooking or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. •Successful completion of a recognized Food Safe Certificate.
