Vanderburgh & Company is seeking a candidate to assist in a real estate conveyancing practice. The assistant would help handle real-estate transactions from beginning to end, from taking intake calls to informing clients that their purchase or sale has successfully completed. The successful candidate will enjoy talking and interacting with a variety of people, as in addition to working directly with clients, the assistant regularly deals with realtors, lenders, and insurance agents. It is anticipated that upon successfully grasping this role, there will be opportunities to learn and assist with other areas of practice in our firm.
Required Qualifications include:
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to follow directions carefully and with attention to detail
· Proficiency with computers
· Ability to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks
