What’s In It For You

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare financial statements for the dealership, corporate office, manufacturer and the bank
  • Handle deals processing and post vehicle invoices  
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and cash management reports
  • Handle payroll functions and employee benefits
  • Manage daily payments including cheques, EFTS, and e-transfers  
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual vehicle inventory counts
  • Additional duties as required

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Dealership experience is an asset
  • Good computer skills including proficiency with MS Office suite
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
