As the Mill Controller, you will provide overall financial support for the General Manager and the management team while you review and report on variance analyses and rolling forecasts. You will utilize the skills you have acquired in your current or previous financial management role(s) to oversee the delivery of financial services for Northwood and Taylor Pulp, working closely with the finance shared services group.

You have outstanding integrity and are a quality leader; these skills will assist you as you guide the finance team at Northwood and Taylor Pulp and become the key point of contact for the GM for all financial matters. You will be responsible for performance management evaluations and will work to develop a positive working environment with the team to ensure they are empowered, encouraged, and rewarded for their contributions and performance. With both finance and management responsibilities, this role is bound to keep your "interest".

Ideally, you come armed with your CPA/CA designation, experience with standardization and continuous improvement, and past experience in financial management specifically in a manufacturing or operational setting. For bonus points, you have operational performance management and or business process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean).
