- Ensure all government filings are completed on a timely basis
- Create payroll
- Monitor expenditures and cash flow
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
- Assist year end and annual audit
- Complete monthly fuel tax
- Accounts Payable
- GST returns

- 2+ years of experience.
- Strong Excel skills
- Payroll preparation and remittance experience
- Mature and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and analytical skill
- Proven ability in providing quality work, working independently in meeting deadlines
- Bachelors Degree but not required
