Position Highlights

We currently have an exciting opportunity as Consultant, Integrated Risk Management to join our team at Fraser Health to identify and evaluate the risk exposures within our operations. You will provide guidance on property and corporate liability claims as well as oversee insurance requirements and provide advice on risk management principles and methods across with organization.

Build on your experience and knowledge as you:
    •Review contracts to identify and recommend the appropriate treatment of risk exposure framework. •Assess and renew insurance contracts for FH as well as negotiate terms and conditions of contracts. •Provide advice and guidance to leadership on risk management and insurance issues. •Identify and evaluate the risk exposures of Fraser Health's operations in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical programs. •Manage liability and property claims in conjunction with the BC Government's Health Care Protection Program and legal counsel.

To join the organization, we will be looking for you to have:
    •Bachelor's Degree in Health or Business Administration •Certificate in Risk Management •Five (5) years recent, related experience in corporate risk management and insurance.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

This is a regular full time opportunity based out of our Central City office, located in Surrey, BC.
