is a joint venture between technology pioneers Licella and Canfor that will use cutting-edge technology
to convert end-of-life wood and biomass into renewable biofuels and biochemicals
. This will create high-value, sustainable carbon-based products, including advanced biofuels, from post-consumer biomass and residues. We are excited to announce that Arbios will be commencing construction of its first-of-a-kind commercial renewable biofuels plant
in Prince George, BC, and we need you as our Construction Management Lead

As the Arbios Biotech Construction Management Lead, you will work closely with the Project Director, who is based in New South Wales, Australia, to ensure the project remains on schedule and on budget
. You will provide oversight of the project schedule, costs, as well as update and report as the project development proceeds. Flexible to change
, you will act as required to address issues in a proactive manner. Your prior experience demonstrates that you are capable of m onitoring and inspecting construction
to confirm quality and ensure work is in conformance with design expectations
. An extensive background in construction gives you confidence in your ability to collaborate with operations to execute successful commissioning of the facility and carry forward an exemplary safety record .
Ideally, you have extensive construction experience
, having worked on renewable energy / biomass processing / chemical process
industry projects. You are capable of working on several major industrial projects simultaneously
in a multidisciplined environment and have a strong track record of management and execution of medium to large construction projects
. F or bonus points, you have experience with renewable energy and chemical process industry projects. Experience with Oil & Gas modular construction and/or Biomass processing will also give your application the extra "energy" it needs to stand out.
Upon successful commissioning of the Prince George plant, the Company has exciting plans that include the potential to expand operations in Prince George, and build additional plants across Canada, the US, and Europe. Accordingly, the Construction Management Lead will transition into a key role, charged with building a small team to oversee this construction effort in Prince George and in future jurisdictions.
