We provide a wide range of general contracting and project management services such as commercial, institutional, and residential construction, as well as concrete formwork, earthworks and excavation, and civil infrastructures. Scansa has opportunities for multiple full-time Concrete Finishers to join our team in Victoria, BC. You will be working on sites throughout Vancouver Island, including Langford and Victoria.

As part of the Scansa team, you will ensure that our client's projects are built to the highest quality standards, governed by strict safety protocols.

With Scansa's industry-leading training and mentorship, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Following Scansa’s best construction practices and safety policies and procedures
• Placing, levelling, and finishing suspended slabs, slab on grades, sidewalks, and stairs
• Using various finishing techniques to achieve proper grade and finish
• Patching and rubbing of concrete on walls and columns
• Patching and sacking on down days or rain delays
• Operating tools and concrete finishing equipment as required (in house training available for this)
