THE OPPORTUNITY

As a leader in the Concierge Management Department, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for providing exceptional experiences for clients who contact Concierge by resolving their inquiries and delivering selling expertise. As the Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for the flawless execution as well as education of the management team on Channel, Quality, Business and People Management in order exceed daily goals through a high performing and engaged team. And, with people at the heart of everything you do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia-while enjoying one yourself.

THE ROLE

As the Concierge Manager , you will:
  • Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right channels at the right time
  • Manage the superior resolution of inquiries and the world-class delivery of sales and service expertise
  • Manage the systems of Concierge, identifying and escalating opportunities that enable an exceptional experience
  • Manage the day to day performance of the Concierge team, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
