Position summary
Reporting to the associate director, compliance and assessments, licensing, the compliance supervisor is responsible for ensuring that applicants and licensees of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC) are compliant with the legislation, bylaws, policies and standards that govern CPSBC.
The compliance supervisor leads and supports the compliance monitor team to process complex applications, support the provisional class of licensure, review and follow up on responses on the annual licence renewal form, conduct regular licensee file review audits, respond to general queries from licensees usually related to scope of practice or change in scope of practice and currency in practice requirements, support both licensure and associate physician accreditation assessments, and support files that need to be referred to the Licence Committee.

The compensation range for this position is based on an annual salary of $72,827 to $91,034 per year.
