Summary: As a Compact Equipment Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling compact equipment while achieving and maintaining appropriate levels of gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. Further responsibilities include evaluating equipment proposed for purchase, repossession, or trade-in and recommending purchase price and terms to the Equipment Sales Manager.

Post-secondary education in sales and marketing preferred
3+ years of related/heavy duty equipment sales experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills with demonstrated ability to close sales and meet sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong business ethics with a professional approach at all times
Excellent sales skills with ability to negotiate
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Some travel will be required to review potential purchases, attend factory tours and promotional trips with current and potential customers Must be willing to use personal vehicle
Must be able to lift up to 25 kg and carry short distances
Must be able to climb into and out of heavy equipment
