The Ideal Person

Do you live and breathe sports? This role will work with the young fans of some of North America’s top sports teams - the Chicago Blackhawks, Boston Bruins, and LA Lakers to name a few. If you are passionate about sports, building online communities, and making a difference in the lives of youth we want to hear from you. 

About the Role

  • Grow & Engage Fans
    • Ensure that online users remain engaged in the platform.
    • Create and post a consistent stream of digital content: such as; player art, badges, team content, avatar packs, photos, videos, trivia, player cards etc.
    • Facilitate and participate in the delivery of regular online chats.
    • Liaise with Client Relations Manager, Art and Technology to effectively deliver new digital content and solutions.
    • Nurture relationships with online users.

  • Plan and Create Digital Content and Events
    • Work with Client Managers to establish client content campaigns.
    • Regularly review content, team, community calendars to identify topical activities for promotion within content channels.
    • Manage a schedule of content and events per team.
    • Track, review and report on the performance of the community. Utilize data analytics tools.
    • Plan and create campaigns for launch, special and seasonal events. 

  • Provide Exceptional Service
    • Respond to user feedback via support channels (email, app store, etc).
    • Review, analyze and utilize user submissions for shareability and community involvement.
    • Coordinate with the creative team and lead moderators on the delivery of content, events and features.
    • Provides internal and external community training as necessary.
    • Develops and maintains community training resources, guidelines, and policies.
    • Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure product issues are resolved in a timely manner.
