As a member of the Coaching & Learning Solutions team, you are ready to deliver compelling communications for programs and initiatives that advance our learning strategy. You can think outside the box and can come up with creative and unique ways to tell a story to engage, inform, equip and motivate team members to deliver on TELUS and Business Unit objectives.Here's how
•Develops, implements and evolves best-in-class communications strategies, tactics, key messages and metrics that support Coaching & Learning Solutions priorities, enhance engagement and enable team members to advocate on TELUS' behalf
•Works in collaboration with key stakeholders across TELUS to support the success of CSE priorities and strategic programs through authentic, inspiring, innovative and effective communications
•Develops and maintains knowledge of communications best practices and adopts for use when appropriate
•Provide teams, including program leads, with direct communications and/or program support that leverages both traditional and innovative mediums
•Ensure authentic, clear, timely and consistent internal communications for programs within Customer Service Excellence Qualifications:You are the missing piece of the puzzle:
•Persuasive communications skills, advanced writing and editing skills, project management experience and a track record of managing flawless events
•Proven ability to transform complex information into clear and compelling communications including the ability to adapt writing styles for different audiences and vehicles
•Relationship management with highly effective interpersonal and organization skills
•Ability to manage varying volumes and priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Takes initiative and proactively supports team goals
•Has demonstrated abilities in developing and implementing both proactive and reactive communications programs
•Flexibility - willingness to adapt and tailor communications strategies and tactics to evolving business needs Your Knowledge Toolkit also consists of:
•Minimum of three years of experience working in corporate communications/internal communications within an entrepreneurial, corporate environment or as a consultant in a public relations agency
•3+ years of equivalent experience
•Proven success in the strategic use of communications to positively impact corporate culture
•Membership in the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) or Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) is an asset Who is TELUS?
