Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:


  • Technical diploma in a field related to communications, public relations, journalism or equivalent knowledge; or
  • Grade 12 and an equivalent combination of education, training and 2 years related experience in communications.
  • Valid Class 5 driver licence.


Preference may be given to applicants with the following:

  • Experience in media relations
  • Experience communicating with the public as a government representative
  • Experience drafting information and briefing notes/bulletins
