This position is located in Terrace, BC.

Office Services Supervisor provides support to program management and staff and coordinates office administration functions, natural resource authorizations and permitting, human resources, FrontCounter BC services, finances, records management, facilities and asset management within the natural resource district or FrontCounter BC office.
An effective supervisor, you serve as a positive role model for your team, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment and ensuring timely service delivery. You are customer service-oriented and exhibit a high degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion when interacting with internal and external partners, other government staff and the public.

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- Experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
- Experience leading others.
