The Information Technology Services Office, Contract Management team is accountable for the delivery of Human Resource/Payroll (HRMS) services to all Ministries, as well as several broader public sector clients, through the execution of an outsourced contract with TELUS Employer Solutions, and a relationship with Oracle/PeopleSoft. The Contract Management team also has responsibility for expanding the HRMS license footprint; workplace transformation; and expansion of HRMS functions by understanding the needs and directions of the Province and broader public sector clients.
The Contract Administrator helps to manage the flow of documents and transactions throughout the procurement cycle, in support of the Contract Management team.Job Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- Completion of training in contract and procurement management.
- Experience in contract administration in a public sector environment.
- Preference may be given to applicants with experience in information systems and/or human resources.
- Preference may be given to applicants with experience in contract management, outsourcing, or alternative service delivery
