The Ministry of Children and Family Development provides services that support healthy, safe environments where children and youth are connected to their family and community. The ministry delivers the majority of its services locally through contracted agencies as well as through centrally administered provincial programs.
The operations arm of the Procurement and Contract Management Branch consists of teams supporting the ministry's 13 service delivery areas and the provincial office by providing procurement and contract management services for contracts spanning six business lines (Early Years, Children and Youth with Support Needs, Child and Youth Mental Health, Child Safety, Family Support and Children in Care, Adoption and Youth Justice).
The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the flow of documents and transactions throughout the procurement cycle and for administering all aspects of a wide variety of contracted services including preparing, tendering, and awarding contracts.

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (GED).
- Experience in contract administration. Preference may be given to applicants with this experience in a public sector environment.
