Corporate Services for the Natural Resource Ministries (CSNR) serves the six natural resource ministries (Agriculture and Food; Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation; Environment and Climate Change Strategy; Forests; Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation; and Land, Water and Resource Stewardship).

CSNR is a unique corporate services organization providing services for approximately 7,000 natural resource ministry employees in over 100 locations throughout the province. These services include all aspects of financial operations and planning, budget management, compliance and procurement, facilities, fleet and assets, corporate security and strategic human resources.

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for invoicing, applying payments, reviewing client accounts, making financial adjustments, and processing refunds. In this position, you will provide advice to clients on revenue and accounts receivable policies, provides resolution regarding billing and/or account discrepancies, and performs collection activities on overdue accounts

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

Education and Experience
  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service in a client service-based environment.
  • Experience with MS Excel and Word.
  • Experience in coordinating and compiling financial data in an electronic environment.

Preference may be given to applicants with one or both of the following:
  • Experience completing financial reconciliations.
  • Intermediate level experience with MS Excel and Word.
