We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Social Worker to join Ridge Meadows Hospital located in Maple Ridge, BC.

Build on your education and experience as you:
    •Promote client/family autonomy by ensuring their participation in planning and decision-making and the development of problem solving abilities. •Identify and engage with eligible clients utilizing a variety of social work high risk screening and case-finding techniques. •Provide therapeutic counseling services to clients and families experiencing multiple circumstances relating to their illness. •Acts as a resource for clients and their families by providing information regarding community resources and access to these resources, facilitating referrals where appropriate, and facilitating the development of community resources by identifying services needed to support the health of families. •Participates in quality improvement activities by providing input into the development, implementation and evaluation of program goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
To join the organization we require you to have:
    •Bachelor's degree in Social Work •Two (2) years recent related experience •Current registration with the BC College of Social Workers
