We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Practice Leader, Occupational Therapy
to Chilliwack General Hospital.

Build on your education & experience as you:
•Coordinates the occupational therapy service for the site. •Provide clinical practice leadership by providing guidance, support, technical advice and acting as a clinical resource to staff. •Identify and prioritizes practice issues and education needs; develops, implements and evaluates orientation and educational programs for staff; organizes inservice education programs. •Supervise designated staff by coordinating work assignments and schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage, adjusting schedules according to workload and service needs and facilitating resolutions to work issues. Receives and responds to vacation and leaves of absence requests and processes payroll as required. •Write, conducts and signs performance appraisals. Supports staff in their professional development and learning needs.
To join the organization we require you to have:
•Current full registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC). •Five (5) years recent and relevant occupational therapy experience including one (1) year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
