In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, this position provides pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health. As a member of an interprofessional team, this position assesses and recommends individualized treatments. Acts as the primary resource for drug information, education and provides expert advice to health care professionals. Monitors drug prescribing, drug distribution and drug therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal and economic use of drugs. Maintains workload records and statistics.Shift Rotation/Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, Days - 07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00New Wage:
As of April 1, 2023, the new wage is: $49.87 - $62.32/hour

•Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy
•Current licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
•Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or a combination of at least one year of hospital experience and advanced education courses.
•Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists is encouraged.Skills and Abilities:
