conveniently located at Langley Memorial Hospital
(LMH) in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Director, you will provide leadership using a system approach to planning, developing and ongoing quality improvement of clinical supports and services at LMH. To complement the team we are seeking a CNS with clinical knowledge, experience and passion.

•Exemplify and promote excellence as a clinical leader who supports and develops standard methodology and evidence-based outcomes across the system. •In a patient and family centred care focus, collaborate with leaders to ensure safe, effective and appropriate client care through a clinical quality and patient safety lens •Be the leader that will shape an environment for clinical and service excellence. Are you passionate about joining us? We will be looking for you to have:
•Masters' degree in Nursing (other graduate degrees may be considered depending on area of specialty) •Five (5) years nursing experience, including three (3) years recent, related clinical experience •Current practicing registration with the BC College of Nursing Professions (BCCNP)
