•Working across Fraser Health on assigned initiatives, demonstrating educational expertise and clinical leadership •Developing and implementing orientation and professional development programs •Delivering educational activities to staff by methods such as teaching, facilitating groups and mentoring •Conducting formal presentations, demonstrations and lectures •Collaborating with Directors, Leaders, and Clinical Practice Consultants in setting measurable performance goals and objectives •Partnering with members of the interprofessional team in developing, implementing and revising orientation and professional development programs •Participating in quality improvement and risk management activities •Acting as a role model in standard methodology, clinical concepts and skills to promote quality practice environments Your background includes:
•Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) •Three (3) years recent related experience, including at least one (1) year of teaching and educational program development experience •Valid B.C. driver's license.
