Interior Health is currently seeking a Project Full Time Clinical Informatics Analyst I to join our Information Management Information Technology (IMIT) team in Kelowna! This project position is until March 31, 2022. This position is a support position on the Patient Scheduling Team in IMIT.
The Clinical Informatics Analyst I performs a variety of duties to ensure the provision of effective maintenance and support of information system and hardware throughout Interior Health according to established policies, procedures and standards. Provides user support and training to regional users of hardware and software applications.
This position will be working with a fun and engaged team to achieve our vision: to empower customers, patients, and care providers though innovative technology solutions that improve secure accessibility and information sharing, resulting in better decision making to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Primary focus is on customer support as they navigate our collaboration tools and systems. Familiarity with the MS Office suite, remote meeting technologies, and ITIL foundations are all assets.
