Clinical Office Assistant
Broadmead Hearing Clinic is hiring a full time employee to fill a variety of duties in a busy office environment. The successful candidate will have the following attributes.
People Person: In this roll you will be talking to clients throughout the day and being there to help people to solve problems as it relates to their hearing aids. This requires someone who likes helping other people and who is patient and thoughtful as well as a good trouble shooter. You will be the first point of contact for people as they walk into the office and a friendly and helpful smile and warm demeanour is of utmost priority.
Computer Literacy: This roll is a new position in our clinic because we are transitioning to a paperless office system. This means you will need to be comfortable learning a new system and be able to execute what needs to happen in order to make this transition.
Self Starter: This position is one where the successful applicant will be required to see what needs to be done and take the initiative to do it. The successful applicant must be able to work independently.
Team Player: The successful applicant will be able to jump in where needed as well as to happily help those around them.
Hours: Full time with a range of hours between a possible 8am start to a possible 6pm close. 8 hours per day. Monday to Friday
