Reporting to the Training and Education Team Lead, ITS Client Services, the Training Developer will be responsible for the establishment and ongoing development of Client Services training. Provides support to the IT Training Portfolio including but not limited to writing and creating course modules, facilitating training, and supporting trainer orientation to content. Position may require travel throughout the Northern Health region.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00

Qualifications
• Grade 12, graduation from a recognized two-year computer systems technology diploma program plus two (2) years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Ability to organize work.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
• Ability to operate related equipment.
• Valid BC Drivers' License.
