About our Client

Our client is a well-known Commercial Real Estate Broker based in beautiful Vancouver and is looking for a professional Client Services Specialist to join their high-performing team on a contract basis to cover a 14-month maternity leave. The position will offer a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience and will report to the Vice Chairmen to provide support related to daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, financing mortgages and lawsuits with the ability to work long hours and weekends as needed.   • Schedule and maintain the Vice Chairmen’s calendar, meetings, conferences and arrangements with other assistants across business locations 

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the Vice Chairmen’s valued clients, vendors, tenants and other key stakeholders 

  • Manage strong relationships and internal communications with partners and team members to accomplish team goals and to meet client objectives

  • Conduct research, update and maintain databases, prepare confidential documentation and maintain confidential files 

  • Prepare accurate financial performance reports

  • Create invoices and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures, daily processes and accounting


  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ of experience as a Client Services Specialist position or in a related position

  • Post-Secondary Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Accounting is required

  • Experience working in property management, financing mortgages and lawsuits is strongly preferred

  • Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines and work long hours with occasional weekend shifts

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
